The Vancouver Plyometrics Bootcamp takes place at our convenient location in downtown Vancouver.
Our system is simple and highly effective:
- You attend one "Plyometrics for Beginners" class to learn the basic movements we will take you through in our bootcamp. We hold these classes once per week for new participants.
- You pay a one-time fee and get access to any of our 10 Bootcamp sessions that run from Monday to Friday, mornings and evenings.
- To see the results we guarantee, you attend a minimum of 3 bootcamp sessions per week for 6 straight weeks.
